This mobius (aka infinity) cowl is a colorful item to add to your cool weather wardrobe. It can be worn as a longer cowl, or doubled over to provide more warmth to your neck on a chilly day.
Gauge isn't important. Use any yarn or hook, according to size & thickness preference.
Materials: medium #4 or bulky #5 worsted yarn (used Lion Brand Tweed Stripes Prism, #5)
Crochet hook size J, or whatever size achieves your desired size and thickness.
This cowl measures 5" width, by 45" length, using a full skein of yarn.
Directions: (turn at the end of each row)
Row 1: ch 18, sc 17.
Row 2: ch 1, sc, ch 1, skip st, hdc, ch 1, skip st, dc, ch 1, skip st, (tr, ch 1, skip st, 3 times), dc, ch 1, skip st, hdc, ch 1, skip st, sc. (17)
Row 3: ch 1, sc. (17)
Row 4: ch 1, sc blo. (17)
Row 5: ch 4 (in lieu of 1 tr & ch 1), skip st, dc, ch 1, skip st, hdc, ch 1, skip st, (sc, ch 1, skip st, 3 times), hdc, ch 1, skip st, dc, ch 1, skip st, tr. (17)
Row 6 & 7: repeat rows 3 & 4
Continue by repeating rows 2-7, ending with row 3.
Put a twist into your finished project, crocheting ends together with sl sts, weaving in ends.

Mini Pumpkin Applique or Pin or ?
Use your imagination... make this little 1" + or - pumpkin. It's quick and easy to crochet; perfect for the beginner.
Simple Pattern:
Materials:
worsted weight yarn, #4, in orange and green
size H, I, or J crochet hook (depends on size you want to achieve)
Directions:
Pumpkin:
with orange yarn, make a magic circle, ch 1, hdc, 3 dc, sc, 3 dc, hdc, sl st into first hdc.
Cut yarn, leaving 6". Pull yarn to close the magic circle.
Weave in ends, inconspicuously.
Stem:
with green yarn, attach to center top of pumpkin, to the right of the ch 1 you made when you started your pumpkin. ch 3, cut yarn and weave in ends neatly.

Crochet Monkey Cup Cozy FREE Pattern
Monkey cup cozies...
Materials:
Round 4 – 18 sc around, sl st. (do 2 rounds for even larger ears, if desired)
Materials:
Worsted #4
yarn, in ragg, red, & white or cream, sizes H, I, J or K hooks, 2 black buttons,
yarn needle. Feel free to use
different colored yarns and buttons!
With ragg yarn and K hook–
(join at end of each round with sl st)
Ch 26, sl st to
join. (careful not to twist chain). (adjust size of chain according to size of cup,
average = 9” circumference.)
Round 1-3 – ch 1, hdc in joining st, hdc around.
Sl st into top of 1st st.
Round 4 – ch 1, hdc in joining st, hdc around,
adding an extra st in last st. Sl st into top of 1st st.
Round 5-6 – ch 1, hdc in joining st, hdc around.
Sl st into top of 1st st.
Cut yarn,
leaving tail to weave.
With red yarn –

Round 7-8 – ch 1, hdc in
joining st, hdc around. Sl st into top of 1st st.
*optional – do a final row in reverse sc. sl
st to join. (using ragg or red yarn)
weave in ends.
With ragg yarn, and H hook –
Ears – make 2

12 inch tail to sew, weaving in ends.
With white or cream yarn, and I or J hook –
Mouth – create a
chain, work down and around other side of it
Round 1
– ch 10, hdc in 2nd ch, hdc across, 3 hdc at end, around corner (working on
other side now) hdc across to end, 3 hdc in end st, around corner. sl st into 1st
hdc .
Round 2
– ch 1, 1 sc in ea st, with 2 sc at each corner. Sl st into 1st sc
Fasten off,
leaving LONG tail to sew.
With red yarn – Create a red line across the middle of the mouth. 2 options: either create a line by cutting a
piece of yarn & using a needle to stitch a mouth, with a back stitch, OR create a
chain-look mouth by inserting H hook at one end of the center holes, pull up
red yarn, & sl st over each space to end, & at the last sl st, cut yarn and pull through to the back. Attach needle & weave in.
Sew on mouth, 2 ears,
& 2 buttons for the eyes, making your stitches as inconspicuous as possible!
